  • Jacob is awesome! We were moving from out of town, so it was hard for us to get to Knoxville regularly to look at houses. Jacob went out of his way to meet us when we were in town at odd hours, and was happy to go and virtually tour homes for us when we weren’t able to go in person. After only seeing 3-4 houses it seemed like Jacob had already picked up on our tastes and preferences and helped us hone in our searches. I would absolutely recommend Jacob to anyone in the Knoxville area!
