Expertise.
You may be asking yourself, “aren’t excellence and expertise pretty much the same thing?” And you’re not wrong for pointing out the similarity. They are closely related; however, I noticed quickly in the real estate industry an excellent job done at one point in time, will not be enough one month (sometimes even one day) later. So when deciding how I would do business, it became clear that maintaining a high level of expertise would have to be a core value that I hold.
In real estate, the world changes about every 5 seconds so it is important to not just maintain my required continuing education corses but to go the extra mile to stay ahead of real estate trends, and practices. I’ve been lucky to do business with some of the highest producing agents in Knoxville, and have been able to meet with folks across the country who are in markets that are both similar and dissimilar to Knoxville. I have an extensive network of professionals across the country (and even some international connections) that I am able to communicate with to stay ahead of our ever changing market.
Sometimes years of experience just flat out are not enough. Your agent must stay ahead of the game. That’s something that I will do for my people.
